CAI currently maintains the parcel maps for nearly 300 municipal clients throughout New England. The Map Maintenance Department is devoted solely to the on-going maintenance and updating of our clients' mapping data. The dynamic nature of a municipal parcel coverage requires continuous deed review, subdivision plotting, boundary line adjustments, attribute database updating, and GIS processing. CAI uses the same high standards for updating as those used for original compilation to assure database integrity.
Clients are able to contact us via telephone, fax, E-mail, or regular mail to get the answers they need. Often, using our toll free telephone number, clients receive responsive answers to pressing problems immediately. For normal maintenance and updating, we guarantee a thirty-day turn around on data sent to us for review. If we do not currently serve your community, we probably serve one close to you.
