Timothy Fountain Receives GISP Certification from the GIS Certification Institute

Center Harbor, NH has contracted with CAI to complete a town-wide digital parcel-mapping project. The project will include thorough record research and compilation of all property lines on a highly accurate base map, resulting in a quality digital, GIS processed, parcel mapping system. The project is scheduled to be completed on, or before, November 30, 2010 and will serve as a solid foundation for any future GIS efforts for the Town of Center Harbor.

Sugar Hill, NH has contracted with CAI to complete a town-wide parcel-mapping project.  The parcel maps will be prepared using thorough research, on a highly accurate base map resulting in a quality, digital, GIS processed, parcel mapping system. The project will also include the CAI Query Manager software. All work is scheduled to be completed on, or before, November 30, 2011. The timing and payment schedule for this project is to be spread over a two-year period in an effort to ease the financial burden on the Town.

Essex, MA has contracted with CAI to complete the first phase of a town-wide parcel-mapping project. The project will include custom flown black and white aerial photography, GPS ground control, and a digital planimetric base map. The parcel maps will be prepared using thorough research, resulting in a reliable parcel map. The project will be spread over multiple years in an effort to ease the financial burden on the Town.

Littleton, NH has contracted with CAI to complete the first phase of what is intended to be a multi-year phased project to complete a town-wide parcel-mapping project. The project will include thorough record research and compilation of all property lines on a highly accurate base map, resulting in a quality digital, GIS processed, parcel mapping system.

Oak Point Associates, Inc., a full service architectural design and engineering firm, with offices located in Maine and New Hampshire, has contracted with CAI to provide professional GIS services for the Naval Station Newport - Newport, RI project. The project includes GIS data development, data management and CAD to GIS conversion services. The GIS data developed as a result of this project will be delivered using the latest ESRI geodatabase technology.

Oak Point Associates, Inc., a full service architectural design and engineering firm, with offices located in Maine and New Hampshire, has contracted with CAI to provide professional GIS services to support Master Planning efforts at the Pease Air National Guard Base in Newington, NH. The project includes GIS data development, data management and CAD to GIS conversion services. CAI will also be providing GPS data collection services on the Base as well. The GIS data developed as a result of this project will be delivered using the latest ESRI geodatabase technology.

After struggling with ineffective GIS development, both West Tisbury, MA and Russell, MA have hired CAI to guide and assist them with implementing effective, municipal-driven GIS data and software services. As a result of these projects, both communities have GIS databases structured in a manner to support cost effective data maintenance which will allow them to grow and expend as defined by the communities needs. Further, Russell, MA has already purchased the CAI Query Manager software which is allowing them to query and explore their GIS data. We look forward to working with both communities in continuing to guide and assist them with implementing community driven GIS solutions.

CAI is pleased to announce the addition of the following municipalities to our long list of map/GIS maintenance clients:

Aquinnah, MA has selected CAI to accurately convert their existing parcel map data into GIS format. Further, the Town has purchased CAI's Query Manager Desktop GIS software so that they can effectively utilize the data they are investing in. They have joined their Martha's Vineyard neighbor, Chilmark, in utilizing CAI developed custom tools.

Auburn, MA Water District continues to capitalize on their PWIM investment. CAI will be providing expanded GIS and document management utility in the PWIM software they previously purchased as part of the system-wide data collection and development. Additional utility will include linked images to system features as well as expanded reporting functionality.
